Depending on your location, delivery time for the original game varies between 5-10 working days. It may take 10-15 working days for personalised games to produce and have it shipped from our print house. Shipping time may vary.

Personalised items

This game will be designed and produced especially for you. It may take 10 working days to produce and have it shipped from our print house. Shipping time may vary depending on your location.

Our artists will take your photos and illustrate them best for the game’s drawing style. No illustrations will be shared with the buyer, and all illustrations will be finalised internally and placed on the box and the cards.

Your photos and names will not be reproduced for any other game and will never be resold in any condition. The only board game with your illustrated photos will be the ones you ordered and will only be shipped to your desired address.

Refunds

Our refund and return policy are 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Personalized items
Only the value of the original game will be refunded. The extra charge for personalized illustrations will not be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Unit D4, Braintree Industrial Estate, Braintree Road, South Ruislip, HA4 0EJ, London, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
